JPG files should have a minimum resolution of 100 dpi.
Convert Text to Outlines
Vector files should have the text converted to objects. You can do this by selecting Ctrl+A and then Shift+Ctrl+O in Illustrator.
Document Color Format
Uploaded files should be in CMYK format
